The Details
Booking Your Event Service
All event services must be paid at the time of booking your service. You will receive an invoice via email, along with a service agreement. Your event will not be considered booked until we have received both your paid invoice and signed service agreement.
Travel/Mileage
On-Location Bridal Event Services require a travel fee of $1.00 per mile. Additionally. any tolls, parking or valet must be compensated by client.
Gratuity
Our rates are reflective of our time and experience, and do not include gratuity. Gratuity is appreciated, but not expected. If you would like to leave a tip on the day of the wedding, gratuity can be given in cash, or sent via Zelle or CashApp.
Additional Fees
Bridal Event Services with an arrival time before 8am will be subject to an Early Start Fee of $100 per hour. All Bridal Event Services that take place on holidays or holiday weekends (Saturday or Sunday), are subject to an additional fee of $100. This includes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day. All Bridal Event Services that take place on Sunday are subject to an additional fee of $100.
Minimums
We do not have a pricing or service minimum for our Bridal Event Services.
Payment Method
We accept payment for retainers, final balance, and bridal preview sessions via Credit Card - Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
