Whether it be clearer skin, better nutrition, more restful sleep, less stress, better digestion, or finding cleaner personal care and nutrition products, your coach can help guide you in the right direction.
During this consultation, ask any questions about how Beauty and Wellness Coaching can support you. You will leave this consultation with one to two attainable action steps to help you move forward in your wellness journey.

As your beauty and wellness coach, I'm here to inspire and help you create space to stop, think and strategize about what is best for you and your overall wellbeing. Wherever you are in your wellness journey, I'm here to provide sustainable accountability. If you're looking to create better eating habits, find ways to de-stress, embark on a fitness journey, increase energy, or simply feel better in life, I can help.
We will work together to create immediate action steps and we'll establish long term goals to help you achieve the balance that you're looking to create in your life. You'll receive recommendations, referrals, and strategies to implement into your life including skin care product and nutritional supplement recommendations, stress relief and fitness practices to incorporate into your daily routine, accountability and support.

We're on a mission to find the same thing. I spent 10 years building an amazing bridal beauty business, but in the midst of things, I found myself burnt out. I was in a bad relationship, my health was taking a backseat, I was stressed, depressed and exhausted. Feeling like I was at the end of my rope, I had an encounter with The Lord, and began to understand that his will for my life was REST - not the stress, anxiety and negative emotions that I was feeling.
Over the next few years, life happened fast. I began to pursue God's will for my life, and in that pursuit, I met my husband, got married, had a baby, and moved to a different state - all during a global pandemic. I understand what it's like to experience a lot of life transitions.
I began to prioritize my health and wellbeing. You should too. It's important, and you deserve it. You are your best investment. My goal is to live a life of wellness and self care. I want the same for you. I've spent years helping women to look good, but it's deeper than that. I don't just want you to look good. I want you to FEEL good.
I want you to have better health, more energy, more time, better relationships, more balance, and elevated life experiences.
